Grandma and Grandpa's house

This past weekend we spent some time at Grandma and Grandpa's B&B. What a much needed relaxing weekend! Lyla slept in until 7:45am (unheard of these days!) and even took an early snooze on the porch! We were shocked...the girl never sleeps anywhere except a crib and a car seat!

There is definitely something about their porch that makes you want to slip into a morning, afternoon, or um..anytime nap. I have personally been very close to sneaking in a snooze while I am out there watching the hummingbirds and taking in the hill side breeze.

I think the swing has a special power to draw little ones into a peaceful slumber. Here is Lyla at 3 months on the same swing
