Four Months Old!

Lyla turned 4 months old on August 30! We had her 4 month well visit check up with the pediatrician last Friday. Lyla is now 25 inches and 14 lbs. 6.4 oz. and in the 75-90% for her height, weight and head growth. We got the green light to start solid foods and a sippy cup! We are thinking of waiting until 5 months to try out the solid food (rice cereal) so Lyla can have more practice at sitting up in her highchair at dinner time with us. She is such a big girl!
Last night she slept in her crib in her own room for the first time. This turned out to be much harder for us than it was for her. She slept perfectly! Here are some pictures of our healthy 4 month old!
